This project began with a bold idea, to merge architectural grace with modern comfort. The client dreamed of a home that would feel open, sunlit, and connected, yet grounded in warmth and functionality. The result? A multi-level sanctuary defined by modern home design, where form follows feeling, and design breathes.
Our Solutions
From the moment you enter, the soaring ceilings welcome you with a grand chandelier that anchors the vertical volume. Vertical wooden slats lead your eyes upward, adding rhythm and texture while subtly warming the white paneled walls. The oversized black-framed windows flood the interior with daylight, inviting the outdoors in and emphasizing the clean, geometric lines of the design.
Upstairs, the glass-paneled lounge floats above the formal dining area, creating a sense of unity between spaces without sacrificing openness. Plush neutral furnishings, minimalist decor, and the use of natural materials, wood, metal, and glass, bring harmony and calm to every corner.
Vertical Integration: Double-height ceilings and a floating upper lounge maximize light and spatial fluidity.
Material Palette: Warm-toned hardwood flooring and natural wood slats contrast elegantly with white paneling and black accents.
Transparency & Flow: Interior glass railings and oversized windows maintain visual openness and flow.
Function & Comfort: Luxurious yet understated furniture defines each zone with purpose, creating spaces that feel both expansive and intimate.
